Brief: A small not for profit LGBT Collective is looking for a solution to help focus on the health and wellbeing of their team members. They don't have a learning management system and want something 'outside the box'. They are looking for a solution that can be produced, handed over and implemented straight away.

Learning Solution: Interactive virtual workshop

The solution

A collection of Health and Wellbeing interactive jam session kits for LGBT Collective employees to host and participate in.

Each presentation jam session kit will include:

  • Topic-focused interactive presentations

  • Jam session checklist for the host

  • Health and wellbeing topic focused pack for participants

Why this solution?

Makes health and wellbeing conversations fun, engaging and also meaningful (Because it’s all about the LGBT Collective employees! People comes first.).

This solution looks at real time employee data input that will allow the client to collect polls, data and opinions directly from LGBT Collective employees.

Opportunity for employees to share their thoughts, interact, have open discussions and have an equal voice in a fun and engaging way.

Scalable and versatile solution. There is no limit of participants with the Jam sessions. The client can host in team meetings or company wide meetings. This can be in the office or remotely.
